Service good, food poor

Amazing service, waitress was johnny on the spot! Food was reasonably priced $29 for 2 and one kid.

Food was aweful. Not a clean table, for two, in the place. Sat at a dirty table and server said they would clean it and never did. Place was not busy, no excuse.

The Buffalo burger and fries were very good but the hot roast beef sandwich was awful. Canned gravy on pre-packaged poor quality sliced beef. Tough and tasteless.

Service was fine but the food wasn't good at all. Twice. Also, called the sheriff on me, who was nice, because I was using the internet in my car from the parking lot. Great visit to Custer :-\

Walked in about 10 minutes before closing,. We got a great Patty Melt and the Open face Buffalo Burger. Best food in a week long road trip. You could tell the chili was scratch made. Clean place, friendly staff, just didnt get drink refills.

The Best place to have breakfast in South Dakota! We went here twice for breakfast while we were in Custer. The service was great! The food was fantastic I especially like their pancakes. There are not many places you can get s plate size pancake. The prices were very reasonable too. We meet one of the owners she was super friendly and nice.

Decent breakfast spot, especially for locals. If they would upgrade their coffee, this would be a place worth visiting every day.

We went looking for Mexican but had to have patio seating because of our dog. This turned out to be a fabulous lunch, great food and great service even tho we are the only ones outside. Had the chicken fried steak and the smothered buffalo burger. The Buffalo chili had so much meat in it you really didn't need to add the burger and it was deliciously mild. It had flavor not just hot.

Did not get my whole order. Waitress did not come back to refill any drinks until we where about to leave.

Eat somewhere else! Very poor quality food. We ordered and 5 minutes later our food was at the table. Hash browns tasted freezer burnt, eggs are pan scrambled and bacon was greasy and microwaved. My husband ordered the Hot Beef plate and it looked terrible and it tasted the same way it looked.

Stopped in for excellent breakfast borrito, and fresh and tasty carmel roll (with walnuts), timely service. Corner booth (located in northeast corner) was sonewhat cool from the floor. Great coffee refills! First-time visitors, will return to the Wrangler with its pleasant atmosphere.

Great breakfasts, very good prices on side items and for coffee. But the coffee is weak by my wifes standards. As others have said, fantastic service.

Best breakfast in Custer. Make sure you try the cheese steak omlet

The scrambled eggs are scrambled, in the pan, and aren't amazing. Pancakes are a bit rubbery, and the sauce for said pancakes is just corn syrup. The hash browns weren't cooked enough, and the ketchup wasn't ketchup enough to fix it. The bacon was good though.
